General House Rules

We obviously want you to enjoy your holiday and this house to the maximum, however this is someone's home and the following rules need to be followed:

Smoking

Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited under a penalty of 100 euros

Keys

Please be aware that there are no door handles outside on the front door, please ensure you have your keys with you before you close the door, or maybe leave them in the door (Outside) when you are at home. A charge of 50 euros plus materials will be made if we have to come and help you get back inside

BBQ

The BBQ is provided for your use, please ensure it is cleaned before your departure, failure to do so could lead to a cleaning of 50 euros

Pets

Pets are not permitted without prior agreement with the owners. A penalty for not disclosing a pet will be charged at 150 euros per week.

Rubbish

Please take all rubbish to the rubbish containers when you leave the house. Failure to do so could result in a charge of 50 euros

Furniture

We are more than happy for you to rearrange furniture to make your stay as comfortable as possible, all we ask is that you put it back as you found it when you arrived. A charge of 50 euros will be made if this is not done

Kitchen utensils

Please ensure all kitchen utensils you use are cleaned, including pans, glasses, coffee machine... A charge of 50 euros could be applied if this is not done.

Capacity/Noise

Under no circumstance is it allowed to exceed the maximum capacity of the house (including babies) under a penalty of 300 euros.

Please respect the neighbours in the area and as a general rule please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00pm and 8am
